Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Hala Tourism to its customers. By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company (Hala Tourism)
N
Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
N
Payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) as per the Company's payment policies. Failure to make timely payments may result in booking cancellation.
Booking Confirmation
N
a. In order to secure a booking, customers are typically required to make an initial deposit or payment. The amount may vary based on the nature of the booking, such as accommodation, tours, or transportation.

b. The booking confirmation will be provided to the customer via E-Mail within 48 hours, upon receipt of the initial payment.
N
c. Change in itinerary, package, person, etc. has to be informed to sales executive. Updated quote will be shared accordingly

d. The Booking advance amount is 40% of the total cost, we can confirm

your booking with a minimum advance payment. The remaining 40% of the advance amount must be paid shortly. In the event of a tour cancellation before one week prior to departure with the minimum advance payment, a penalty amount is applicable.

Balance Payment

a. Customers are usually required to pay the remaining balance for their booking before the start of the service or as per the stipulated deadline mentioned in the booking confirmation.

b. Failure to make the balance payment within the specified time may result in cancellation of the booking, and cancellation charges may apply as per the cancellation policy.

c. If the remaining balance is not paid before the check in date, we will be unable to proceed with the booking.

Payment Methods

a. Accepted payment methods such as bank transfers, credit/debit cards, online payment gateways, or cash

b. It is advisable to inquire about the accepted payment methods before transferring the payments to ensure a smooth transaction.

Currency

a. Payments are accepted only in Indian Rupees (INR).
Terms for Package Tours
N
a. If customers book package tours that include multiple components such as accommodation, transportation, meals, and activities, the payment policy may outline specific payment deadlines for each component.

b. Non-payment or delay in payment for any component may affect the availability or confirmation of the entire package.
N
c. Hala Tourism holds the rights to change the Itinerary, hotels, transportation, etc. at any point of time, same will be communicated accordingly
N
d. Hala Tourism is a travel tour and holiday organizer only and doesn't own or control any Hotels, Motels and any other mode of transports like airlines, railways, motor, buses, coaches, etc.

e. We take utmost care to select the best Hotels, Motels, Boat house stay to make your tour enjoyable and satisfactory
N
f. We Only Charge for pick-up and drop-off services. Sightseeing is entirely Complementary, and there are no additional Charges if you chose to visit more attractions, Likewise, if you miss a scheduled sightseeing stop, no deductions will be made from the total amount. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays by traffic. Your time spent at each spot is at your discrection
Cancellation and Refunds

a. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to the Company's cancellation policy.

b. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Company's refund policy.
N
c. Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to specific cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
N
d. Bookings made for festival Hoildays, long weekends, government event holidays or during peak seasons cannot be cancelled. If cancelled, bookings are non-refundable, and if we incur any loss, you must pay compensation to our company.

e. For hotels not affiliated with HALA Tourism, if you book your preferred hotels, there will be no cancellation refunds, in of a later cancellation.

d. After confirmation, if you change the numberof persons, accommodations, itineraries, vehicles, or any of the above, pacakges prices will differ accordingly.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

a. Kerala: 15 Days prior to stay - No refund, 20 Days prior to stay - 50% refund, 30 Days prior to stay - 90% refund

b. Himachal & Others: 10 Days prior to stay - No refund, 20 Days prior to stay - 60% refund, 30 Days prior to stay - 90% refund
E-Tickets
N
a. We only book train tickets for you; we are not responsible for cancellation or delays
N
b. You must follow IRCTC rules and regulations during travel. We are not responsible for any incidents that occur due to violations of these terms and conditions.
N
c. If you cancel the ticket, cancellation charges will apply. Refunds will be initiated within 4 to 5 working days.
N
d. During flight booking, costs may vary according to flight fares. We are not responsible for price variations during the booking process.
N
e. For name changes, delays, or rescheduling, additional charges will apply as per the airlines policy.
N
f. We are not responsible for flight cancellations or delays for any reason. However, we will assist you as much as possible.
N
g. You will receive all updates related to your flight booking on your contact information. Please follow all updates from the airlines
Travel Documents
N
a. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents required for their chosen destination(s).
N
b. The Company shall not be liable for any costs or consequences resulting from Customers' failure to comply with immigration or customs requirements and other State requirement
Travel Insurance
N
a. It is highly recommended that Customers obtain adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.

b. The Company shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred due to the lack of appropriate travel insurance.

Changes and Amendments

N
a. The Company reserves the right to make changes or amendments to bookings, itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or any other aspect of the travel arrangements, if necessary.

b. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and alternative options will be provided whenever possible.

 Sightseeings

N
a. In our Goa Tour packages, we provide self-drive vehicles. A tour guide is not included; however, one can be provided at an additional cost. We offer maps and coordination support, but the responsibility for sightseeing lies entirely with you.

b. In the case of vehicle theft, damage, accidents, injury, or seizure, all responsibility is yours.
N
c. All water sports are conducted by the local tourism association and are approved by the Goa Government. These activities take place in oceans and dams and involve some risk. Participating in these activities is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any incidents that may occur.

d. Other Tour Packages During sightseeing in our other tour packages, you must follow all rules and regulations. If anything happens, such as accidents, natural disasters, animal attacks, missing persons, injuries, or lost belongings, we are not responsible. All activities will be arranged by you on-site. We do not offer any activities, so the responsibility is entirely yours. (This applies to all types of activities.)

 Limitation of Liability

a. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any third-party service providers, natural disasters, civil unrest, accidents, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company's control.

b. The Company's liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the affected service.

Customer Conduct

a. Customers are expected to adhere to local laws, customs, and regulations of the destination(s) they visit.
N
b. The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate bookings if Customers' behavior is deemed disruptive, illegal, or jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of others.

c. The courts at Madurai shall be the exclusive jurisdiction for any suits, claims, or dispute arising from this appointment order.
Intellectual Property

a. The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in any intellectual property, including but not limited to website content, logos, and trademarks.
N
b. Customers shall not use, modify, or distribute the Company's intellectual property without prior written consent.
